We have a 60 x 60 heated area for fine boat storage, which is separate from the working bays. Storage fees are calculated by the floor area the boat and trailer cover, length x width. The price per square foot is $11.50, which includes hauling, launching and transport from somewhere in Harpswell to the building. Also for sailboats, we have inside storage for the masts with a rack system on one wall. Bottom cleaning and painting services are also available, and any other work needed can be scheduled too. We are working on the possibility of outside storage as well, with shrink-wrap and winterizing, check back on that! Thank you. In the working shop area, we work on boats in the winter/spring months. I am a lobster-man during the summer/fall months, and the others who work here are also. We have much experience building boats and doing repairs, improvements and re-powers. The drawback is we have to operate on a first come, first serve basis for our services/work, but if you need the space and can do the work yourself, or have a person(s) who work for you, that is just fine any time of the year, as long as there is a vacancy. The cost for the service bays are $30 per day or $900/monthly, plus the metered gas (LP) used and electricity. The building is insulated very well and is efficient, as well as lighting is the latest T-5 Fluorescent technology.
